Chelsea forward Noni Madueke, making his debut for the U21s, opened the scoring in the 12th minute. Manchester City's Liam Delap doubled the lead 10 minutes later, before Liverpool's Harvey Elliott made it 3-0 just before the half-hour mark.
Aston Villa's Jaden Philogene scored twice in quick succession early in the second half to make it 5-0. Madueke then added his second goal of the game in the 64th minute, before Philogene completed his hat-trick 10 minutes later.
Liverpool's Jonathan Rowe completed the scoring for England in the 88th minute with a fine finish from the edge of the box.
The victory was England's biggest ever in a competitive U21 match and takes them top of Group F with two wins from two games.
