UEFA has unveiled the key dates for the 2023-24 season, including the details of the Europa Conference League final. The third season of Europe's tertiary club football tournament will culminate with the final match on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
The final will be played at the Agia Sophia Stadium in Athens, Greece, which is also known commercially as the OPAP Arena. The stadium has a capacity of over 30,000 and is the home of Greek Super League club AEK Athens.
The Europa Conference League is the third tier of European club football competitions, below the Champions League and the Europa League. The inaugural season of the tournament was held in 2021-22, with AS Roma winning the title.
The 2023-24 season of the Europa Conference League will begin on July 18, 2023, with the first qualifying round. The group stage will begin on September 8, 2023, and the knockout stage will commence on February 16, 2024.
